Qualifications

• At least one year of welding experience or equivalent education; must pass a practical welding test.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate machinery and motion-control robots; FANUC certification is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret technical blueprints, welding symbols, and use basic math.
• Strict adherence to plant safety regulations and corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual weld machines and robots to fabricate metal parts and frames.
• Lift workpieces into fixtures or load automatic feeding devices.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding per WPS standards.
• Inspect machined parts with gauges to verify conformance.
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
