Key Responsibilities
- TIG Welding: Perform precision welding on thin materials, ensuring clean, high-quality welds for stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
- MIG Welding: Handle high-production welding tasks with speed and accuracy, focusing on steel and aluminum components.
- Stick Welding: Operate manual welding equipment for heavy-duty structures and outdoor applications.
- Cobot Welding: Program, operate, and monitor collaborative welding robots, ensuring precision and meeting production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and workplace protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Cobot welding (certifications preferred).
- Strong knowledge of metals, alloys, and welding processes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols.
- Familiarity with welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle welding equipment and work in various environments.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different welding applications.
Preferred Skills
- AWS certification or equivalent credentials.
- Experience programming cobot welding machines.
- Familiarity with calibration and maintenance of orbital welding systems.
