Key Responsibilities

• TIG Welding: Perform precision welding on thin materials, ensuring clean, high-quality welds for stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
• MIG Welding: Handle high-production welding tasks with speed and accuracy, focusing on steel and aluminum components.
• Stick Welding: Operate manual welding equipment for heavy-duty structures and outdoor applications.
• Cobot Welding: Program, operate, and monitor collaborative welding robots, ensuring precision and meeting production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and workplace protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Cobot welding (certifications preferred).
