Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Welders to join our team. Whether you specialize in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Cobot welding, we have opportunities available to suit your expertise. Our Welders are responsible for fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal parts to precise specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. TIG Welding: Perform precision welding of thin materials, ensuring clean, high-quality welds for stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
2. MIG Welding: Handle high-production welding tasks with speed and accuracy, focusing on steel and aluminum components.
3. Stick Welding: Operate manual welding equipment for heavy-duty structures and outdoor applications.
4. Cobot Welding: Program, operate, and monitor collaborative welding robots, ensuring precision and meeting production requirements.
5. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
6. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
7. Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
8. Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and workplace protocols.
9. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Cobot welding (certifications).
• Strong knowledge of metals, alloys, and welding processes.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with welding tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle welding equipment and work in various environments.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different welding applications.

Skills:

• AWS certification or equivalent credentials.
• Experience in programming cobot welding machines.
• Familiarity with calibration and maintenance of orbital welding systems.
