Job description

Trillium Construction is now seeking Ag Welders in Cedar Rapids, IA!

Experience: Ag MW welding experience a plus. Pay $28-30 DOE, per diem $100 all 7 days. Working Monday to Saturday, 5/10 hours days, including 1 8-10 hour day.

Job duties may include:

1. Weld, repair, and fabricate equipment and machinery
2. Attach moving parts to assembly units
3. Rig and position industrial agricultural equipment
4. Layout, assemble, and align equipment per construction documents
5. Type of welding: 99 percent stick welding (6011 and 7018)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a millwright, agriculture experience strongly preferred
• Experience with tower installs, conveyors, grain legs, chutes, augers, pits, etc.
• Comfortable working from heights and out of a man-lift
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
