Welder (Novice) (Manufacturing)

This position is responsible for using fabrication tools such as plasma cutters, stud guns, and welders.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Operating overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
2. Performing various types of welding, including flux core, stick welding, vertical up welding, overhead welding, out-of-position welding, and arc gouging.
3. Maintaining internal quality standards and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
4. Completing daily and weekly production output targets.
5. Handling complex issues such as unusual nameplates and complex testing challenges.
6. Supporting monthly operational goals.
7. Straightening sheet metal and plasma cutting.
8. Fitting parts and performing repair work.
