Ranew's Companies in Milner, GA is actively seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team on the 1st shift. This role focuses on MIG welding of metal components, using a variety of tooling and equipment in a fast-paced production setting.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of welding experience, can read blueprints and weld symbols, and is comfortable handling heavy 50-100 lb loads. Safety and reliability are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
• Experience with MIG welding.
• Ability to operate grinding and cutting tools.
• Capability to read blueprints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Weld metal components using the MIG welding process.
• Operate hand grinders, band saws, handheld torches, and plasma cutters.
• Move heavy objects using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Read a tape measure (standard and metric) and read blueprints.
• Be reliable with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and defects.

Ranew's is seeking EXPERIENCED Fabricators / MIG Welders to join our team in Milner, GA.

Location: Milner, GA

Salary: $18 - $25 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Welder Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Weld metal components using the MIG welding process.
• Able to operate hand grinders, band saw, handheld torch and plasma cutter, and other welding related tools.
• Be able to lift heavy objects of 50-100lbs frequently.
• Experience using overhead crane and forklifts to move heavy large objects.
• Must be able to read a tape measure standard and metric (Applicant while be asked to do so in the interview).
• Be able to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Able to take instruction from supervisor written or verbal.
• Must work well with others in a fast-paced production environment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and defects.
• Must be reliable with good time management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
