Qualifications

• MIG welding proficiency and reading blueprints
• Ability to interpret complex welding drawings and specs
• Knowledge of welding equipment, techniques, and QC standards
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
• English literacy and math basics
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute MIG welding on carbon steel piping by strictly following engineering blueprints and technical specs.
• Configure and calibrate welding fixtures to accommodate a diverse range of product designs.
• Verify finished components to ensure they meet all necessary dimensional and quality standards.
• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace for the entire production floor.
• Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and operational flow.
• Work closely with colleagues and provide mentorship or training to support team development.
• Uphold all established protocols regarding safety, quality, and production output.
