Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects in the Broken Arrow, OK area. This first shift role offers up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level, with opportunities to work alongside skilled craftsmen who value safety and quality.

You will perform MIG and Flux welding, read blueprints and WPS, and handle fitting, grinding, and inspection tasks to ensure codes compliance. Join a team that emphasizes productivity, craftsmanship, and steady work.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG and Flux welding.
• Ability to read structural blueprints and welding procedures (WPS).
• Familiarity with ASME Section IX or AWS D1.1 codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform High-Quality MIG/Flux Welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, piping isometric drawings, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Obtain daily entry permits, monitor safety procedures, and coordinate with hole watch
• Clean, bevel, and align metal plates and pipe joints to spec
• Inspect welds visually for defects prior to NDT
