Job summary

TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS is seeking motivated MIG Welders to join our production team in a climate-controlled facility. You will perform MIG welding on production parts, set up equipment, and follow work instructions to meet production and quality standards.

Candidates should have practical welding experience, wear steel-toe boots, be able to rotate between two shifts every two weeks, and lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining safety and attendance.

MIG Welder – Production Department

Pay: $25.00/hour, negotiable based on experience, certifications, and skills.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

Shifts: Rotate every two weeks between:

• Morning: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Must-Have Requirements

• Previous hands-on MIG welding experience.
• Availability to work both shifts on a rotating two-week schedule.
• Steel-toe boots.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
