Skilled MIG Welder Wanted — Join a Growing Team in Wathena, KS!

Are you a talented MIG welder ready to bring your skills to a respected company? We’re looking for experienced welders who take pride in quality and craftsmanship. If you’ve got at least 2 years of solid welding experience and want a steady, full-time position with room to grow, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding with metal core wire (.045") using GMAW techniques
• Pass an AWS 1-G welding test on 3/8” material with full penetration welds
• Operate grinders, drills, torches, and other fabrication tools
• Read blueprints accurately and measure precisely
• Maintain safety, quality, and attendance standards
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 2 years welding experience in the last 5 years — no entry-level training provided
• Own welding hood and gloves ready for the weld test
• Skilled at blueprint reading, measuring, grinding, and tool operation
• Physically able to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the day
  
  

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed
