We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Welders II-IV to join our team. The Welders II-IV will possess advanced expertise in various welding techniques, including MIG welding pipe, Flux Core welding pipe, TIG welding carbon steel pipe, low alloy, and stainless steel pipe, Stick welding stainless steel plate and pipe groove welds, and TIG welding plate.

What You’ll Do:

• Demonstrate proficiency in MIG welding pipe with precision.
• Perform Flux Core welding on pipe, ensuring high-quality welds and structural integrity.
• TIG weld carbon steel pipe according to specifications, maintaining consistent quality.
• TIG weld low alloy and stainless steel pipe, meeting industry standards for quality.
• Stick weld stainless steel plate and pipe groove welds, ensuring proper penetration and fusion.
• Perform TIG welding on plates, demonstrating proficiency and accuracy.
• Produce quality welds that meet or exceed industry standards, ensuring durability and structural integrity.
• Achieve at least 85% job utilization daily to meet production targets and deadlines.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience as a welder or in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in measurement tools such as tape measures, protractors, and calipers.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior welders, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ability to independently complete welding projects from prints, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Expertise in MIG, Flux Core, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials including carbon steel, low alloy, and stainless steel.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent ability to produce quality welds.
• Commitment to achieving production and utilization goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
