Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Welder I to join our Operations team on the 3rd shift. The welder will read blueprints, lay out parts, and weld using hand- and flame-cutting equipment to join metal components in various positions.

The role requires strict adherence to safety, the ability to interpret instructions, and collaboration within a multi-person team to maintain quality and productivity. Training will be provided for standard procedures and equipment.
