Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Team Lead for Production (Sheetmetal, Paint, Kitting, Welding, Woodshop) in our Operations department. You will bridge employees and the Production Supervisor, enforce safety, assign tasks, and drive daily targets across multiple shops with 2nd shift coverage.

You will coach team members, ensure PPE and tools are available, and document performance while supporting lean initiatives and continuous improvement events.
