Pay is determined by skill demonstrated on our weld test, including MIG, TIG, steel plate, and wire combinations.

Pay ranges from $25-31/hour based on weld test outcomes, with potential increases to $34/hour with premiums.

Multiple Shifts Available!
  • 4/10 schedule (Monday – Thursday), First Shift 5A-3P
  • Second Shift 3P-1A with $3.00 premium
  • Weekend Schedule 12s (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), 5A-5P with $3.50 premium
Basic Function

Perform welding operations according to established procedures and specifications, including setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring weld quality.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Operate various welding equipment and tools proficiently.
  • Weld different materials (e.g., steel, aluminum) using MIG and TIG techniques.
  • Assist in training other welders.
  • Maintain quality control and adhere to safety protocols.
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years of welding experience.
  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding; familiarity with other processes is a plus.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and safety knowledge.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently.
