Job summary

ArmorWorks Enterprises, Inc is seeking a skilled welder for our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. The role requires operating hand-welding equipment to join metal parts and to fill holes, indentations, or seams according to customer specifications.

The candidate will read work orders, blueprints, and processing charts to ensure precision and adherence to design. Attention to non-conformances and proper documentation is essential, along with teamwork and compliance with safety and ISO 9000 standards.

Qualifications

• Read work orders, blueprints, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise welding according to customer design specifications.
• Identify non-conformances during inspection and document them properly.
• Communicate and problem solve with others in a reasonable and professional manner and work effectively in a team environment.
• Record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports.
