Job summary

Under the supervision of the Fabrication Supervisor, you will weld components and assemble structures in accordance with blueprints to meet company goals, while upholding integrity, safety, respect, quality and delivery. You will analyze drawings, prepare surfaces, select tooling, and inspect finished work to ensure conformance with specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; or demonstrated extensive welding experience.
• 2+ years of related welding experience with .045 wire recommended.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering drawings and blueprints to plan welding operations.
• Prepare surfaces and set up equipment to meet welding specifications.
• Interpret weld symbols and select proper tooling/fixturing.
• Operate welding equipment and inspect completed welds for conformance.
