Job summary

Core & Main LP in Tucker, GA is seeking a skilled Welder to support piping projects. You will weld various fittings to pipe sizes, inspect work, and ensure alignment per drawings. Reading CAD/hand drawings is required, and certification in pressure pipe welding is preferred. We value accuracy and safety in every joint.

Position Summary

YOU love playing a vital role in completing customer projects that can directly save lives. You enjoy working with your hands and take pride in your workmanship. You can weld various fittings to different sizes of pipe and welding joints. You have excellent attention to detail and can spot deficiencies. Are you able to weld with manipulators, positioners, and free hand? Are you able to read CAD or hand drawings to calculate and accurately measure, cut, fit-up, and align piping for the welding of various configurations?
