Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Welder to join our shop team. You will work with floor supervisors, quality control, and the shop supervisor to ensure welds meet job specifications and outlined requirements.

You will weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions, operate various equipment, inspect parts for defects, and work with aluminum, stainless steel, or other alloys. Proficiency with weld symbols and accurate measuring is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in a welding/fabrication environment
• Strong blueprint reading skills with knowledge of weld symbols
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure (standard and metric)
