Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans les solutions électriques recherche un soudeur pour rejoindre son équipe dans un environnement industriel. Ce rôle nécessite des compétences en soudage et une compréhension des schémas et des spécifications. Les candidats doivent être capables de travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant les protocoles de sécurité. Une formation et une expérience antérieure en soudage sont préférées.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 ans d'expérience en soudage, ou 0 ans avec un diplôme associé.
  • Aptitude à soulever 35 livres régulièrement.
  • Capacité à travailler 10 heures ou plus par jour.

Responsibilities

  • Fabrique et répare des matériaux métalliques en utilisant les techniques de soudage appropriées.

All work adheres to engineering and quality specifications and is performed according to PCX safety standards.

  • Must follow PCX safety guidelines and requirements
  • Fabricates and repairs metal and other weldable materials by applying appropriate welding techniques and operating various welding devices.
  • Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process with assistance from supervision.
  • Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.
  • Familiar with and complies with all safety requirements and protocols for working in hazardous environments.
  • Welder I may be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the area of specialty.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • Ability to lift 35# consistently.
  • Ability to work 10 hours or more per day and weekends as required.
  • Requires 1-4 years of related experience or may have 0 years of experience plus an associate degree, additional training, or certification.
