PCM [Pipeline Construction & Maintenance, Inc.] is seeking a Welder Helper to support welding and thermal cutting activities on site in Texas. The role involves moving materials, preparing pieces, and maintaining a safe work environment under the supervision of a Welder.
The position requires assisting with common welding tasks, handling heavy items, and following departmental safety regulations while contributing to production and quality control. Training will be provided on site.
Position: Welder Helper
Reports To: Welder
Summary: Typical duties for a Welder Helper includes but are not limited to transporting materials, operating machinery, cleaning equipment, cleaning job sites, handing tools, disassembling defective products, and preparing raw materials for processing.

The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Welder Helpers must be willing to comply with PCM Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulations. They must also comply with all governmental regulations.
