Job summary

Frontier Environmental Services is seeking a Welder Helper to support welding teams on oil & gas projects. You will assist with pipe preparation, tool readiness, and maintaining a safe, organized jobsite.

The role offers full‑time on-site work, competitive pay, benefits, and hands‑on training in a skilled trade. Candidates should be able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of welding or helper experience in Oil & Gas preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety-first mindset.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and organize welding tools and supplies.
• Set up equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Cut, grind, and prep pipe for welding.
• Assist with pipe fit-up using clamps, levels, and tape measures.
• Keep work areas safe, ventilated, and clean.
