About The Role

Our Welder Helpers play an essential role in ensuring that our welders' work is precise, durable, and meets our internal standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to identify specific welding requirements and ensure proper execution.
• Examine completed welds for bead size, cracks, or defects, and recommend or perform necessary repairs.
• Safely operate cranes to assist with material handling and positioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the team and production goals.
• Express interest in learning how to become an aluminum welder in the future.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read a tape measure and pass a tape measure test prior to being hired.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.
• Proficiency in using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Reliable attendance, high-quality workmanship, and productivity.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and take direction accurately.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and ability to resolve welding issues.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise welding work.
• Physical ability to perform activities such as reaching, lifting, sitting, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and balancing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.
