Qualifications

• Experience interpreting blueprints, specs, drawings for welding.
• Ability to follow layout specs and weld parts to form complete units.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine welding processes.
• Prepare and set up: position, align, fit and weld parts following blueprints.
• Lift and position materials using cranes or forklifts.
• Inspect materials using measuring tools before, during and after production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Maintain material inventory and support housekeeping and 5-S standards.
