Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is seeking a Welder/Grinder to fabricate and finish metal components, including stairs and rails, using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. You will ensure precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment as part of a customer-centric team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with a variety of welding procedures and equipment.
• Professional welding certification is a plus.
• Excellent time-management skills to meet fast-paced project demands.
• Ability to perform basic math and geometry calculations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Weld/Grind stairs, rails and miscellaneous metals.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Operate overhead crane.
• Test and inspect welded surfaces for flaws and ensure quality.
