Responsibilities

• Perform metal-joining operations on assemblies using established procedures.
• Prepare surfaces and setup required welding equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and adhere to safety requirements.

Skills

Experience with all types of welding materials

Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances

Experience with both manual and automatic metal-joining equipment

Knowledge of safety and hygiene requirements

Welding process experience

Education

High school graduate
