SpecSys is seeking a Welder to tack weld parts for mobile equipment across industries like railway, construction, oil and mining. You will maintain welding equipment and ensure welds meet specifications in a hands-on role at our Wisconsin facility.

The ideal candidate has a welding AAS degree, 1+ year of experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We value safety, quality, and reliability in our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Has a welding AAS Degree.
• Has at least 1 year of experience.
• Follow QC processes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Understand how products are made.

Responsibilities

• Utilize welding equipment to fit, tack and weld parts together.
• Identify appropriate weld processes.
• Lay out welding sequences to ensure correct manufacturing.
• Read/interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
