You will follow procedures, prepare surfaces, and fabricate parts using welding equipment, while maintaining safety and completion of required training documentation.

The role requires a certified training background and the ability to work with a team, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited third-party welding training program with documentation.
• 1+ year welding experience or equivalent hands-on training.
• Does not hold a valid 3G welding certification; 3G work must be handled by a certified welder.

Responsibilities

• Performs non-structural repairs of the rental fleet according to procedures and work instructions.
• Receives instructions, prints, and work orders; plans procedure steps and material needs.
• Fabricates equipment by cutting, burning, fitting, and welding metal per instructions.
• Repairs equipment using proper welding techniques; escalates 3G-related work to certified welder or supervisor.
• Maintains documentation verifying completion of welding training and provides upon request.
• Cleans and prepares surfaces, sets up, assembles, and tack welds parts.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly; may dismantle obsolete equipment for scrap.
