Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Welder/Fitter with strong fabrication and TIG welding skills to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience with stainless steel and aluminum and a commitment to quality workmanship.

This full‑time role offers steady hours, Weekly Pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. You will read blueprints, measure and assemble parts, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while meeting production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Welder/Fitter experience required.
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel and aluminum fabrication.
• TIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, sit, grasp, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the entire shift.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Schedule and Hours Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Welder/Fitter Duties and Responsibilities
