Job summary

Hall Manufacturing in North Little Rock, AR is seeking experienced welders with fabrication experience to join our team. Under minimal supervision, you will support production goals on 10-hour shifts, four days a week, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include MIG welding (including overhead), reading engineering drawings, assembling with tools and fabrication machines, cutting/contouring metal, and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently.

Description

Hall Manufacturing (parent company to Bush-Whacker and Hall Tank) is looking for experienced and driven welders with fabrication experience. Under minimal supervision, these positions will support the team in meeting production goals safely and effectively. Our team operates 4 days a week on 10-hour shifts and OT as needed. MIG welding, all positions (including overhead), and fabrication. Analyze engineering drawings/blueprints, assemble using tools and fabrication machines, cut/contour metal, weld and consult on progress with the team, inspecting for functionality and safety. Accountability and time-sensitive execution are critical in this position.

Qualifications Required
