The Contractor Consultants is seeking a Welder / Warehouse Associate for the Charleston, SC area. This role combines welding, light metal fabrication, and hands‑on warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.

You will prepare materials for fencing projects, fabricate gates and posts, and keep the workspace organized and safe. Strong organization and a willingness to learn welding techniques are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on warehouse, material handling, and fabrication tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld gates, fence posts, and other fence components according to project requirements.
• Perform MIG welding and basic fabrication tasks.
• Assist with cutting, fitting, assembling, and preparing metal components.
• Maintain an organized welding and fabrication workspace.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming fencing materials and supplies.
• Prepare outgoing materials for fencing projects and daily operations.
• Support inventory tracking and material handling to minimize waste and shortages.
