• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with GMAW welding and layout.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and data sheets.
• Maintain AWS certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble steel frames through layout, tack welding, and final welding; lift and position heavy components safely.
• Perform GMAW welding on production materials per specifications.
• Ensure quality control; maintain UT pass ratio; follow safety and PPE protocols.
• Operate equipment; set up machines and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Complete documentation and data entry; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Work in elevated temperatures while wearing PPE.
