Superior Fence & Railis an industry leader seeking an experiencedfull time Fabricator/Welderfor immediate hire.This position requires 90% of Aluminum Welding. This is an in shop position and the hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30 pm. Wage is commensurate with experience, but starts at $20/hr. Full benefits, including health insurance and 401k, are offered. **Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welding/Fitting/Fabricating of Ornamental/Architectural metals
  • Typical items to fabricate include railings, stairs, gates, fence and miscellaneous metals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Aluminum and steel Mig experience required along with cutting, fitting and layout skills
  • Basic experience with computer operations and appropriate software
  • Valid Florida DL and reliable transportation
  • Interact with customers and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
  • Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Superior candidate will/be:

  • Have 2-3 years of Aluminum and steel Mig Experience AND Fabrication experience
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills and integrity
  • Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
