We are hiring for the position of Welder/Fabricator (Iron Worker/Structural) - Weekend Shift at Zalk Josephs Fabricators LLC. Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, flexible schedules, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Position, layout, fit-up, cut, and weld according to shop drawings
• Interpret and apply AWS basic weld symbols and welding standards
• Read and understand Bills of Material to determine required materials
• Conduct detailed quality checks following D1.1 standards
• Operate tools and equipment such as torches, grinders, air arc, and overhead cranes
• Follow all safety protocols and properly use personal protective equipment

Required Qualifications

• Pass an AWS 2G flux core multi-pass weld test on a 1-inch plate
• Experience with multi-pass flux core wire feed welding
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently
• Capable of walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
• Proficient in using basic hand and measurement tools
• Must work safely and be physically capable of performing job duties
• Willing to work mandatory weekday and voluntary Saturday overtime

Desired Qualifications

• At least 1 year of welding/fabrication experience meeting or exceeding performance expectations
