Job summary

Labor Finders is hiring experienced welders/fabricators for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Vero Beach, FL. The position pays $24-$28 per hour, DOE, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

You will weld using MIG, Stick, and Flux Core processes and fabricate, fit, cut, grind, and assemble components for industrial equipment. Applicants must demonstrate welding and fabrication skills via a hands-on assessment and read blueprints/ drawings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, measurements and fabrication drawings.
• Must complete a hands-on welding/fabrication assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Stick, or Flux Core welding on metal components.
• Fabricate, fit, cut, grind and assemble metal parts.
• Read blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately.
• Safely operate welding equipment and hand/power tools.
• Inspect finished work and maintain safety standards.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Must successfully complete a hands-on welding and/or fabrication assessment.
