Tradesmen International is seeking Welder/Fabricators for projects in and around Miamitown, OH. This first-shift role offers pay up to $32/hour, commensurate with experience and skill.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years welding experience preferred.
• TIG welding experience.
• Experience with stainless steel and sheet metal.
• Interest in both welding and fabrication work.
• Ability to learn new equipment and fabrication techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate sheet metal components.
• Perform TIG welding, including stainless steel applications.
• Operate a press brake to bend and form metal parts.
• Work with fabrication equipment and heavy machinery.
• Build food-service cabinetry and other stainless-steel products.
• Perform duties consisting of approximately 50% welding and 50% fabrication.
• Assist with powder coating operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

• Ideally 1–2 years of welding experience
• TIG welding experience

• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
