Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain productivity levels according to plant goals
  • Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards
  • Report labor accurately
  • Read blueprints as necessary
  • Perform structural and sheet metal welding
  • Cut using oxygen, acetylene, and plasma
  • Perform iron work and reconnect building structures
  • Perform arc gouging and in-process self-inspections
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Knowledge of company safety policies
  • 2+ years of welding experience preferred
