Qualifications

• 4+ years of welding experience preferred, with familiarity in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Job Summary

Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using various tools and equipment, including welders, torches, and plasma cutters, according to required specifications in a manufacturing setting. This position offers a $1500 sign-on bonus, with $750 paid after 3 months and another $750 after 6 months of continuous employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, bills of materials, and other instructions to accurately create equipment and products.
• Prefer candidates with stick, MIG, and TIG welding experience.
• Utilize handheld tools such as grinders, band saws, and torches.
• Operate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other hand tools.
• Maintain weld machines through preventative maintenance.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Rework and repair welded parts according to engineering specifications and changes.
• Prioritize workflow through effective communication with management.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of experience preferred.
• Basic reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work accurately, thoroughly, and solve problems.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Compensation

Hourly pay rate ranges from $25 to $35.
