• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and tooling for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with setup activities throughout the department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Welder/Fabricator – Setup & Plating Department

Location: Temperance, MI
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our Setup & Plating Department. This position is ideal for candidates with experience as an Oil Change Technician, Automotive Technician, Auto Body Technician, Maintenance Technician, or anyone who enjoys hands‑on work and working with tools.

While welding and fabrication experience is a plus, we are willing to train candidates who possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
