Job summary

MasterTech in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking Welder/Fabricators to weld, fabricate, and fit custom components on mining equipment such as drills, shovels, and earthmoving machines.

You will read blueprints to produce precise parts, using Mig, Tig and stick welding, torch and plasma cutting, and you must own a full set of welding tools. 3+ years' experience required. Shift is Monday to Friday, 6 AM start, 10–12 hour days, with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in welding, fabrication, and fitting.
• Experience Mig, Tig, and stick welding.
• Experience with torch and plasma cutting.
• Proficient reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints.
• Owns full set of welding and fit up tools.

We have immediate openings for Welder/Fabricators in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful Welder/Fabricators will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and fitting custom components and attachments to various types of mining equipment (drills, shovels, earthmoving) according to blueprints and drawings.

Compensation:

• $36.00 - $45.00/hour.
  
• 100% employer paid benefits, pension, and paid time off.
  
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week.

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 6AM start time, 10-12 hour days.

Key Qualifications:
