Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder Fabricator to join our team in the manufacturing of high-performance military cargo tanks and supporting products. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG and TIG welding, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication processes, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and precision. This position plays a critical role in producing mission-ready equipment that meets strict military specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.

  • Fabricate complex assemblies based on blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols.

  • Operate standard and specialized fabrication tools such as plasma cutters, grinders, torches, and brakes.

  • Ensure all welds and assemblies meet applicabletolerances and specifications.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company standards.

  • Adhere to company procedures

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience.

  • Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding

  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and schematics.

  • Experience with tanks, pressure vessels, or large metal assemblies .

  • Must pass welding tests and background check .

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
