Job summary

MasterTech is seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator in the York area to perform weld repairs and fabrication on diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in our shop. The successful candidate will interpret drawings, select appropriate welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick), and operate torch and plasma cutting tools.

We offer a competitive hourly wage with 401K match and PTO. Overtime is available and shifts are 8AM–5PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Certified Welder required.
• 3+ years of Welder Fabricator experience.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG and Stick welding.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints.
• Experience with torch and plasma cutting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform weld repairs and maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers and heavy equipment in shop.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to determine welds and fabrication requirements.
• Ensure quality, safety and workmanship to meet job specifications.

MasterTech is on the search for experienced Welder Fabricators in the York PA area.

The successful Welder will be responsible for performing weld repairs and maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and various types of heavy equipment in shop.

Compensation:

• $25.00 - $30.00/hour
• 410K match.
• PTO.

Shift Schedule:

• 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.

Key Qualifications:

• Certified Welder from recognized institution.
• 3+ years of experience as a Welder Fabricator.
• Experience with various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with fabrication tools such as torch and plasma cutting.
