Job summary

Tradesmen International in Miamitown, OH, is hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for first shift. The role focuses on welding and fabrication of sheet metal and stainless-steel products, including TIG welding. You will operate a press brake and work with heavy fabrication equipment, contributing to safe, productive craftsmanship on site. This is a hands-on opportunity to advance your welding and fabrication skills with a respected national contractor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years welding experience.
• TIG welding experience preferred.
• Experience with stainless steel and sheet metal.
• Interest in both welding and fabrication work.
• Ability to learn new equipment and fabrication techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate sheet metal components.
• Perform TIG welding, including stainless steel applications.
• Operate a press brake to bend and form metal parts.
• Work with fabrication equipment and heavy machinery.
• Build food-service cabinetry and other stainless-steel products.
• Perform duties ~50% welding and ~50% fabrication.
• Assist with powder coating operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for projects located in or around Miamitown, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Weld and fabricate sheet metal components
• Perform TIG welding, including stainless steel applications
• Operate a press brake to bend and form metal parts
• Work with fabrication equipment and heavy machinery
• Build food-service cabinetry and other stainless-steel products
• Perform duties consisting of approximately 50% welding and 50% fabrication
• Assist with powder coating operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ideally 1–2 years of welding experience
• TIG welding experience preferred
• Experience working with stainless steel and sheet metal
• Interest in both welding and fabrication work
• Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and fabrication techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
