In this role, you will construct products from raw materials, ensuring all pieces meet factory and custom specifications and safety standards. You must be able to read and follow schematics and adhere to a strict production schedule while always prioritizing safety.

• Adhere to a strict production schedule.
• Test products after production to ensure consistency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experiences as a Welder/Fabricator or in a similar position
• Fabrication training or certification is .
• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• Excellent manual dexterity and vision
• Highly detail-oriented with accuracy
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Versed in custom fabrication and creative problem solving.
