J&R Metal Fabrications in Jupiter, FL is seeking a skilled welder to join our team. You will perform TIG and MIG welding for decorative aluminum railings, gates, doors, and other custom interior and exterior products, ensuring craftsmanship.

You should be able to read blueprints, use basic hand tools, and collaborate with the team to complete projects accurately and safely. A background check must be passable and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication of our custom aluminum products ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and consistent quality on every project.

Job Responsibilities & Skills, Include but are Not Limited to:

• TIG & MIG welding for decorative aluminum railings, gates, glass doors, spiral staircases, shutters and other custom interior & exterior products
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and prioritizing tasks
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
• Use of basic hand tools; measuring tape, drills, port-a-band, core drill, laser, level, etc.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately, which may also include sanding, grinding, etc.
• Must have strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and co-workers, multitask, think on your feet, handle physical workload
• Must be able to pass a background check, reliable transportation, we are a smoke/vape-free & drug-free workplace
