Veritas Steel LLC in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Welder for the 2nd shift to join our production team. This role involves welding, fabricating, and assembly of bridge girder components with emphasis on safety and quality.

Starting pay ranges from $27.07 to $32.22 per hour, with weekly pay and opportunities for overtime after 50 hours. The position requires 1+ year welding experience (FCWA preferred), ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to attendance and teamwork.

Welder starting pay is $27.07-$32.22.05 based on shift. Weekly Pay!

2 nd Shift: 430PM-250AM Mon-Thurs

Double time after 50 hours worked in a week!

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 75lbs occasionally
• Must be able to push /move objects up to 100 lbs. of force
• Necessary to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, and work at heights
• Must have a good range of motion when reaching forward, shoulder to overhead, and bending

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed indoors in a large warehouse or outside in all weather conditions
• May be required to climb heights for work
• Regular exposure to dirt, dust, paint fumes, noise, moving equipment, heavy steel, Heights & other possible hazardous conditions
• Safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are required; a respirator is required for specific operations
