Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Advantech Industries Inc. is a contract manufacturer providing sheet metal and precision CNC machined parts.

We are looking for a highly experienced Welder/Fabricator to fabricate ferrous and non-ferrous components for our clients. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fabricating components or structures, and performing in-process quality checks on finished products for the Defense Industry.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience required. Must possess advanced knowledge of welding and metalworking, with proficiency in TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 5 years’ experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
• AWS certification and advanced welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Proficiency with common metal fabrication tools.
• Advanced mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
• Conduct in-process inspections using measuring devices.
• Plan and lay out work efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
