ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is seeking a qualified Welder & Fabricator SMAW. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Details

Location: Austell, GA (30168)

Essential Functions

• Read blueprints and drawings; take or read measurements for layout.
• Set up components for welding based on specifications.
• Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, shears, and other welding tools.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Weld components utilizing SMAW processes.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with regulations.
• Operate telescopic and standard forklifts (training provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• Qualified under Section 4 of AWS D1.1 or equivalent for SMAW in all positions (4G, 3G).
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Adaptability to temperature and humidity changes.
• Ability to tolerate dust, fumes, gases.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to learn new techniques and stay certified is required, as manufacturer’s training is part of the role.
