We are seeking a Welder (Heavy Truck/Heavy Equipment) for our Huntsville, AL / North Alabama operations, reporting to the General Manager of Construction & Superintendent. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in safety, quality, and revenue generation across our current and expanding operations.

Job Details
  • Wages start at $22.00/hr, with potential for higher pay based on experience
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Day shift, with possible weekend work
  • Overtime available, along with extensive medical and retirement benefits
Responsibilities
  • Assemble metal components for damage repair
  • Expertly weld small, medium, and large bore pipes of various metals and alloys
  • Perform vertical welding and heavy metal resurfacing
  • Read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
  • Inspect welds for quality
Qualifications
  • Ability to read blueprints and fabricate metal products with minimal assistance
  • At least 1 year of fabrication welding experience
  • Experience repairing/welding heavy trucks/heavy equipment is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Previous weld certification is preferred but not required
