WELDER, Experienced - 1st Shift - Meriden, KS

This is a great opportunity to begin a long‑term career with an industry‑leading company. There is an opportunity for a wage increase at the completion of a probationary period and again during an annual evaluation. Wage increase is determined by performance. Starting pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding.
• Structural welding experience.
• Experience welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel projects.
• Layout and fitting experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must be able to use measuring instruments (e.g., measuring tape, level).
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and lifting evaluation.

Shift & Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (Monday‑Friday). OT as determined by production demands.
