Virnig Manufacturing in Minnesota is seeking a Welder to set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment to build products that meet our quality standards. You will work safely, communicate well, and help document work while serving as a backup for other production areas as needed.
The role requires at least 1 year in welding or trade school, ability to read blueprints, and willingness to work overtime. Pay is $25.50/hour with full-time hours.
As a Welder, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment to build products that meet or exceed Virnig quality standards in a safe and efficient manner. Strong communication and interaction skills are needed. Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are essential to develop solutions to problems that arise, while organizational skills are necessary to ensure work is done correctly, on time, and properly documented. The person in this position will be cross trained to be a backup in other areas of production as necessary.

Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Scheduled Fridays during busy season.
